Founder and Managing Partner
Mr Tan Xu Teng is the Founder and Managing Partner of TAG International. In his competitive days, he represented Singapore at the ASEAN University Games (AUG) 2004 and won an individual Bronze Medal in Men’s Singles Tennis. Furthermore, he is a Singapore Men’s Singles and Doubles A Division Champion and is widely regarded as one of the top Singaporean men’s tennis players to this day.
As a result of his vision to hire only the best competitive players turned coaches from the region, TAG International has grown steadily into Singapore’s premier tennis academy. Consequently, the academy now produces top national junior players and is where the nation’s best juniors train.
Group General Manager
Ms See Su Hsien is the Group General Manager. Behind TAG International’s success is Ms See, who oversees our Group’s entire operations to ensure the company functions like a clockwork so that TAG International is the best tennis academy in Singapore. Prior to joining TAG International, Ms See was an Equity Capital Markets lawyer at Singapore’s leading law firm, Messrs WongPartnership LLP, who assisted on numerous of local and international companies to be listed successfully on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
Marketing and Operations Manager
Mr Heng Junhan is the Marketing and Operations Manager of TAG International. His primary role is to develop strategic partnerships with brands and trade partners to build brand awareness and grow TAG International’s student base. In addition, he manages the academy’s website and social media platforms.
Furthermore, Junhan oversees an automation project to improve internal resource management among the coaching team, as well as the development of a client relationship management system. He brings over 10 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry. Prior to joining TAG International, he was part of the Events and Business Development team at Wave House Sentosa, where he planned and executed numerous successful corporate, experiential, and MICE events. During that time, he also worked closely with the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) to strengthen Wave House Sentosa’s brand presence locally and internationally.
Group Operations Executive
Ms Jeanne Yeo is the Group Operations Executive. Her role is to liaise with the managers and executives of the clubs we manage and to respond to their requests. She also attends to the day-to-day details of the academy and is the best person you should attention your enquiries to should you require any assistance.
Chief Operations Officer
Mr Tan Thiam Seng is our Chief Operations Officer. Prior to joining our group, Mr Tan was the Chief Executive Officer of First Capital Insurance Limited and the Vice-President of the prestigious American International Group (AIG) SE Asia and the Technical Director of Chartis Insurance Singapore. With his vast wealth of leadership and management experience, he advises our Managing Partner on strategic partnerships, management concerns and operational issues.
Ms Too Mee Chin is an executive of our Group, handling the day-to-day affairs at our flagship venue, Winchester Tennis Arena. Ms Chin Keat Fong serves as the marketing executive, assisting our Managing Partner and General Manager with all of the Group’s marketing efforts. Prior to joining our team, Ms Chin was with the National Library Board of Singapore and has received awards from the Singapore Tourism Board for outstanding hospitality — a standard that TAG International strives to uphold.
In addition, Tu Hui Choo is the Company’s finance assistant, supporting our General Manager on all finance-related matters.
