Founder and Managing Partner
Mr Tan Xu Teng is the Founder and Managing Partner of TAG International. In his competitive days, he represented Singapore in the ASEAN University Games (AUG) 2004 and won an individual Bronze Medal in Men’s Singles Tennis. He is also a Singapore Men’s Singles and Doubles in the A Division Championship title and is well regarded as one of the top Singaporean Men’s tennis players even to this day. His vision of hiring only the very best competitive players turned coaches from the region has set the direction for TAG International, and the Academy has surely and steadily, grown over the years and established itself as Singapore’s best tennis academy where it produces top national juniors players and where all the nation’s top juniors train at.
Group General Manager
Ms See Su Hsien is the Group General Manager. Behind TAG International’s success is Ms See, who oversees our Group’s entire operations to ensure the company functions like a clockwork so that TAG International is the best tennis academy in Singapore. Prior to joining TAG International, Ms See was an Equity Capital Markets lawyer at Singapore’s leading law firm, Messrs WongPartnership LLP, who assisted on numerous of local and international companies to be listed successfully on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
Marketing and Operations Manager
Mr Heng Junhan is the Marketing and Operations Manager of TAG International. His role is to develop strategic partnerships with brands and trade partners to create brand awareness and to increase TAG International’s students and clientele. Besides that, he also manages TAG International’s website and social media platform. He also oversees the automation project to improve the internal management of resources amongst the coaching team, as well as the development of a client relationship management system.
Junhan has over 10 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry and he is part of the Events and Business Development team at Wave House Sentosa prior joining TAG International, where he has planned and executes numerous successful corporate, experiential, tour agent booking and MICE events sales for a 70,000 square feet integrated beach lifestyle restaurant and bar with surfing experience destination. During his time in the hospitality and tourism industry, he worked closely with the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and travel trade partners to strengthen Wave House Sentosa’s brand and presence locally and all over the world.
Group Operations Executive
Ms Jeanne Yeo is the Group Operations Executive. Her role is to liaise with the managers and executives of the clubs we manage and to respond to their requests. She also attends to the day-to-day details of the academy and is the best person you should attention your enquiries to should you require any assistance.
Chief Operations Officer
Mr Tan Thiam Seng is our Chief Operations Officer. Prior to joining our group, Mr Tan was the Chief Executive Officer of First Capital Insurance Limited and the Vice-President of the prestigious American International Group (AIG) SE Asia and the Technical Director of Chartis Insurance Singapore. With his vast wealth of leadership and management experience, he advises our Managing Partner on strategic partnerships, management concerns and operational issues.
Ms Too Mee Chin is an executive of our Group, handling the day to day affairs on the ground at our flagship venue, Winchester Tennis Arena.
Ms Chin Keat Fong is the marketing executive of our Group, assisting our Managing Partner and General Manager with all of the Group’s marketing efforts. Prior to joining our team, Ms Chin was from the National Library Board of Singapore and has won awards such as from the Singapore Tourism Board for her efforts towards outstanding hospitality experience that TAG International hopes will be a marker for our service standards.
Tu Hui Choo is the Company’s finance assistant and supports out General Manager on finance related matters.
