TAG International x Sport Cares: Tennis Charity Singapore
TAG International is proud to partner with Sport Cares as part of our tennis charity Singapore initiative. Through this collaboration, we bring free and subsidised tennis coaching to underprivileged youth across Singapore, making the sport accessible to every child regardless of background. Sport Cares is the social arm of Sport Singapore, and together we share a mission to use sport as a vehicle for positive social change and community development.
The TAG International x Sport Cares tennis charity Singapore programme provides structured lessons, equipment, and mentorship to young players from lower-income families. Our certified coaches volunteer their time and expertise to nurture talent and build character through the sport of tennis. We believe that every child in Singapore deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive on the tennis court, and this partnership helps make that vision a reality.
Our Commitment to Community Tennis in Singapore
As part of our broader social responsibility efforts, TAG International Academy regularly organises community outreach sessions for children who might not otherwise have access to quality tennis coaching. These sessions are held at public courts and Sport Cares facilities across Singapore, ensuring that geography and financial circumstances are never barriers to participation. Participants receive proper coaching from TAG-certified instructors, professional-grade equipment, and a structured curriculum designed to build both tennis skills and life skills such as discipline, teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship.
Through these community programmes, we have introduced hundreds of young Singaporeans to the sport of tennis. Many participants have gone on to join our junior development pathways and competitive training groups, demonstrating that talent truly exists at all levels of society.
